Another newbie from the Pacific Northwest

Hello, I have been reading the forums for awhile now and joined because my wonderful wife bought me a smoker for my birthday! No more smoking on my BBQ. It is really paying off for her as I have been doing the majority of cooking since I got the smoker last month.

I live in Oregon and love smoked meats (well anything smoked really). Looking forward to future discussions and posts.
