Name is Dennis. From S.E. Michigan, lived for a while in Northern Mi but moved back to the other end of the state years ago. Electric smoker with Weber kettle grill, dropped the propane smoker and grills a coup!e years back when they finally wore out.Been smoking for few years but since I retired have a little more time to put into it so bought a meat grinder to make life more interesting. Hope to learn a little and maybe be able to help someone else now and then.
