Another New Guy

Hey All,

Im another new guy to this site as well to smoking.
I am looking forward to learning alot about the smoking world.
I have a home built electric smoker, I have used it maybe a dozen times and it works great (its an old freezer but with many Mods), though the art of sausage on the other hand is what I am currently try to perfect. well, look forward to learning from all you and hope to be able to help some of you also. ( if possible)
