Another new guy!

New to the forum, but not entirely new to smoking. My family has been full of smokers my whole life, so I have learned the basics from them over time. However, the things I have learned from creeping around the forum is incredible. Y'all seem like a good and helpful group, with tons of experience and advice. I look forward to learning a lot and joining in where I can. I also just bought a new Gen1 MES 40" (thanks to the advice of this group) which I look forward to many smokes with. 

Now, to jump over to the poultry section and ask a couple quick questions about the big day coming up

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
