Another new guy

I live in Illinois during the summer and head to south west Texas for the winter. I have a Bradly smoker and am happy with what I have done so far. looking forward to doing a lot of reading and learning

You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc. There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another. Thanks for the welcomes. I have a pulled pork to do tomorrow and a brisket to do Sunday then I pack up and head to warm weather. I won't be bringing my Bradley with me but I will have access to 2 other smokers so I won't be with out smoke. There are also several BBQ places near where I will be.
