Thought I should introduce myself. Lurked for a bit, found some good info. Just sharing my little smokehouse that I built. Mainly for cold smoking and occasional warm smoke for bacon and such. The A-Maze-N smoker is just that..... awesome. Love it.

Your smokehouse is all shiny and new!  That's unfortunate...  get the inside black and the outside all smudged and dirty... lol!  See my thread "Smokehouse" below in my sig line!  Have a great time smoking and post a lot of Qview to make us drool!
