My ol Texas Ranger tub is pretty. ….But it's what comes out of it that really counts. Embrace the silver pot. It looks GREAT!Thanks.
It wont look as good as yours cause I am not going to paint it yet.
I'm considering just spray painting mine plain old bbq black because it gets so grubby with continued use....but i can't get myself to cover up my ND logo. ;)Looking to see if I can find some high temp blue and white. Lol
No seasoning?
Didn't season mine until the first cook! Why waste briquettes, lump and wood if you aren't cooking!!!!
Adam if i ever wanted to grill on both grates i just popped in the lid on the Joe bottom....it became a "double diffuser" I used the steamer insert as a template do mark and drill holes in the lid and puffed it up.
This is the diffuser i use in the Jimmy for the most part since i usually go one level cooking on the mini.
If you double defuse is the heat and smoke then unfused? LOL Sorry just couldn't help myselfWhy a double diffuser?
Yep then don't throw out the lid...just drill holes in it.I want to be able to use both racks if I need too.
NICE weld job....Dang nice charcoal basket!!!
Basket welded up.
Mix of lump and Kingsford.
Gonna do some chicken parts after I play for a bit.
Damn stuff is thin and hard
Good thing I am good at it.
