Daryl here, Bryan/College Station, TX.  Grew up in the Texas Hill Country and still return there monthly. I've enjoyed cooking outdoors all my life.  Grilling, Smoking, Cast Iron on open fire Frying you name it and I have attempted to cook on it. 

I have smoked many years on Big pits but recently purchased a Propane MasterBuilt Sportsman Elite.  Haven't even put it together yet but already checking out the Mod's page.  I have been lurking here for about a year and have learned a lot.  Plan on learning more and contributing where I can.
