Well here is another Canadian from up north in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  I have been wanting to get into smoking for the past few years but just never got around to it.  Well I finally bought a masterbuilt smoker and am looking forward to getting into it.  It looks like there are some very knowledgable people in this forum and I can't wait to get some pointers and ideas from everyone.
