Another Competition Question

I am doing my first competition the end of the month.  I am thinking about doing a pull chicken.  Would this work?  I will be using the thighs then pulling apart and adding my rub.  Every time I fix this everyone love it.  Would this work in a competition or does it have to be a full piece of chicken?  They are going by KCBC rules.

I believe it can be pulled. Just make sure that you put enough for six portions.

KCBS says....."The Four KCBS Meat Categories: CHICKEN: Chicken includes Cornish Game Hen and Kosher Chicken."
