Another Chicken with Qview

Well since I was making chicken I thought I would take some pictures and share them.....

Chicken spatchcocked and brined 20hrs.

skin on breast cut and peeled back...

small bacon weave placed...

skin placed back over bacon weave...

spiced up...

into the smoker...
