Another Canadian newbie

Hi all,

I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  Wife got me a Masterbuilt dual fuel smoker last year for my birthday and I have not stopped using it!  I visit this site at least 3 times a week just to look at all the tips and tricks.  Not to mention the pictures!  Makes me hungry every time.
