Another Beautiful Thunder Chicken From TG

I smoked a beautiful thunder chicken on the MES 40 yesterday and man was it amazing. Not only in sight, but also in taste.

Not only was the bird a hit, but so was the smoked jalapeño popper mac and cheese. It was the best that we've ever had.

No, not a secret recipe. I used Masterbuilt's Dadgum mac and cheese recipe and then just added 2 finely diced jalapeños and a pound of diced fine bacon to the recipe. Also, I substituted all of their cheeses for a pound and a half of Cooper Sharp cheese.
