    ok so i went to sams today and got this 14lb beef chuck roll.[​IMG]

    so i made some of bobs rub...(eman) and rubbed one out.


    forgot to take a pic after i rubbed her out.


    and wrapped her up.


    i need help figuring out to smoke on the traeger or uds......decisions, decisions!!

    i havent even put it on yet, had kinda of of a bender last night. still feeling the side effects ill go with the traeger. no fuss, no muss, b.s. its 937 am and im ready......i think.lol.

    and at 3 hrs:


    temp on treager is 225 and 153 on the meat.

    well after 8 hrs of smelling the meat cooking, here is it...it tasted 1000 times better than it looks. its sooo good!


    its real juicy and moist!! thanks for lookin!!
  12. That is one helluva awesome hunk of meat you cooked right there nice marbling too. I'll bet it was tasty!
