Hello my name is Kelly and I live in wonderful Herriman Utah.

What begins is the journey of smoking ; as I'm writing this, the MES 30 is outside preseasoning for the first time with 2hrs to go.

It's 7:00 pm and foggy and dark, and tomarrow afternoon they say will be snow. so I'm hoping to get my first smoke (ribs) done before it  starts. And its only 30 degs outside which is balmy compared to teens and inversion we have had what seems like 2 weeks.

Happy to be here and I know I will get plenty of help here if I need it.

Thanks
