i try my hand at stuffed and smoked meatloaf. Steak and burger seasonings with onion and peppers.

With a simple sauce of ketchup/brown sugar/sspog/beer and cooked with hickory.

I'm not a fan of these hickory pellets but the only way to get them out of the hopper is to use them.

IT up to 100. Brushed with more sauce and sprinkled some seasonings on it. Man this thing smells and looks great lol i cant wait to eat it.

Looks great,my wife will make a cheese and mushroom meatloaf once in awhile,I need to toss it on the smoker it's already fabulous I can only imagine.:drool
