Amish Style SummerSausage

In November i did some Amish style summer sausage. I used some unbleached muslin cloth sewn at the bottom and one side. Stuffed and tied. I added an extra 2 Tbs to the 5 pounds just to give it more flavor.I need to learn to keep my smokes in folders so i dont have to hunt to find the pics...HA

 Not the best looking but it sure is good.

Your sausage looks awesome. I bet it does taste good and who really cares what it looks like. Specially after the first bite.
