Hi, I am Kyle - living in Florence, SC.  Currently have a Bandera  plus a charcoal Brinkman bullet and gas fired bullit.  For grilling have a Weber gold and a Fire Magic built in to my outdoor kitchen.

Been smoking for about 8 years and mostly specialize in butts.  Have had neighbors hire me for parties and once in a while smoke for a local bar.  I am retired and have all sorts of time to experiment and enjoy.  My main downfall is I can never get brisket perfect - but I'll keep trying!
