Just a little thread to introduce myself. I'm Cubby from Hawaii. Being a foodservice major I am really interested in the art of smoking and BBQ, somethings they don't teach you in school. I have about 30 years in the foodservice industry and am interested in learning something new.

Where's the charcoal made? As many times as we've been to Hawai'i and shopped in so many stores (grocer, The Mill, etc) I've never seen that brand before

i get it here in AZ.....it is from a hawian variety of mesquite.
