Hi all,
I'm old and sometimes a bit slow. I typically read my, "alerts", and they clear out of the list. There are several that are not doing that. I've opened and even "liked" a couple and they still show up.
Can someone help this tech challenged guy out?
I've posted a new thread and have not received any new replies.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Im learning as I go.

Best regards.

If you have multiple alerts meaning replies to the same thread you posted they will not automatically clear.
Find the button "MARK READ" and click it after you have finished the threads.

I went thru this a couple of months ago. Just be patient with the system and it will eventually right itself.

Took me a sec to figure out what you meant because I never come here and look for alerts! I had 50 something of them, but I get an email whenever there are alerts, so I never really look for the bell icon at the top right. I usually just start scrolling down the home page. Any thread you commented in has your little logo right on it in the home page list.

When I click on that alert icon, down at the bottom there is a "mark read" button that will clear all the red alerts from the bell icon.

When I click "show all" it appears the alerts are saved for about a month back even if you had marked them read..
