Air fried haddock

First time air fried haddock . Turned out really good. Dipped in flour then egg then mixture of corn meal panko and pepper then into the air fryer.

Not a fish fan one tiny bit. I would like to pick your brain on breading though. I suck at it and always make it too thick and make a damn mess lol. I do the same technique and ingredients though any tips?

Was thinking of finding some haddock to make some form of low carb fish and chips, just need to find a replacement for the chips... @jcam222 ???
