Been a while since I posted. This is nothing new but figured I’d post it up anyway…we do the 9:15 service at church. Been craving breakfast. So drug the griddle out. Had to knock some dust off it.

Pound of bacon going to get it all good to go.

Bacon on a cooling rack over one end to stay warm. Think I got the idea from one of you fellas. Thanks! Sausage doing its thing.

Plated shot. Yeah frozen biscuits, I wasn’t feeling that energetic. Took care of my breakfast craving.

Thanks for looking.

NICE WORK JIM! ALMOST MAKES ME WANT TO GO OUT TO THE PATIO AND FIRE UP THE BS FLATTOP, BUT I JUST HAD A BIG PIECE OF STRAWBERRY PIE FOR BREAKFAST. RAY

That’ll stick to your ribs there bud. Nice work Jim.

Wait a minute. I thought you were a nurse Jim. Does your boss know your eating habits. LOL

Nice way to start the day Jim.

Point for sure

Looks great Jim and now I'm hungry...again 😁

Man Jim that looks killer! I only do breakfast on Sat and I was busy finding another antivirus since the one I been using for long time was banned in the US so did not have time to make. Ended up doing it for supper. Almost got my griddle out but I will next weekend after looking at yours!

I love all biscuits, Frozen Grands are hard to beat, I am better off grilling or frying than trying to make them from scratch. My grandmother made the flattest biscuits I ever ate, tasty but there was no splitting them :emoji_laughing:. she had 13 kids so I suspect a thin 1 was better than none lol.
