Hey guys, new to the forum. I have been tasked with smoking ribs for a large gathering. With the amount I have to do, I would have to smoke them the day before. Any way to safely reheat them the day of without totally drying them out and having rib jerky?

Vacuum seal them if you have one. Then into a pot of simmering/boiling water until hot.

How many racks are you doing & what is the capacity of your smoker?
Also what smoker do you have?
