Admin approval for Newbie posts

I'm a new member. When do my posts no longer have to wait for admin approval? I make a post and then it gets approved a couple hours layer, but by then, it's buried 10 posts back in the thread and the conversation has moved on.

Bump the old ones back up .

After 10 posts you won't need to have posts approved. We mods try to approve them as fast as we can but we all have a life just like you.

Actually you have 16 posts so you shouldn't need to be approved anymore
