Hello everyone. Ive used AC LEGG products a few times, but i always run into an issue that i either over-season or under season my mix.
I gave up using it for some time, but my som bought some and wats to make about 12-15Lbs of sausage.

It's BLEND 210 OP CRACKED PEPPER SMOKED SAUSAGE SEASONING.
17.25oz bag
seasons 25Lbs of meat

How do i break down the amount or seasoning for each pound of meat?
Can someone give me some advise please. I really want to get this right without over-seasoning it.
 
17.25 divided by 25 = 0.69 OZ per pound . That's how I do it anyway . I always write that on the bags when I get them .


If you don't have a scale , 1 TBLS per pound should get you close . Mix a pound and do a fry test . Adjust from there .
