I person from work told me about a pig roast they were at where the pig was cooked in a bed sheet and said it was sooooo moist.

Have you heard of this?

How why ?????

If it was, how did they keep the bed sheet from catching on fire? I guess someone was keeping it moist/damp, which in turn would sorta "steam" the
pig.

I just don't know...................

I dunno, never heard of this.

I guess there was no cracklin' then.

Makes you wonder why someone came up with that idea in the first place.

The only reason I can see for this is to do anything to keep it moist. I was at a pig roast the other day and the only pieces that were moist is where the guy carving it stood over top and had drips of sweat drop on the meat
