Good Morning

It has been awhile since I have had a chance to post a cook. With the weather finally looking great here today, I wanted to share a couple of chuck roasts - two ways.

One will be made into burnt ends and the other will be sliced.

More to come!

Both went on the Traeger, set at 225*, at 9:30 AM.

Rubbed down:

Update - at 3.5 hours into the cook, the IT is around 140* on both chuckies. I have turned the Traeger up to 250*.

Update - both stalled out around 150* IT. I put the chuckle that will eventually be burnt ends into a foil pan with beef broth, covered. The sliced one was wrapped on butcher paper, and the Traeger has been turned up to 275*.
