shot of the corn dog.........it was done after 45 minutes......even with being frozen.......temps ran from 250-270's......tho not much smoke taste. That was probably due to the fact they were frozen when i put em on.

ready to take off. used pepper jack for the cheese.......you can see how i placed the bacon........i was able to put more on this way......plus the strips needed to be cut in thirds to fit on the burgers, so this made it easy to break apart.........

Hey Walking Dude,

That Burger Is Out Of Control. Nice Job.

Scott

Great looking burgers.............I am going to have to try them this weekend maybe............

How long'd those burgers take to cook? They look about medium. And I'm guessing they were maybe half a pound each? What wood did you smoke them with?

I'm having some family down this weekend and planned on just grilling some burgers but I might smoke'em if I can do it with relatively low maintenance.

Have you tried making the burgers like a fattie?? I think they are called gourmet burgers. cheese, bacon, onion all go on the inside and the inerds can be precooked /smoked before they go in.
the chow looks great. I bet a lot of burgers will be smoked this weekend...

gab.......these were pre-made from the grocery store, but yeah i would guess 1/2 lb........i smoked at 250-270........the burgers were done in a hour and was well done.........the bacon 45 minutes.......i used maple chips and ash chunks.........this was VERY low maintence........i turned the burger once, half way thru.........if you smoke at lower temps, say 225........they may take longer, but i think they will acquire even more of a smokey taste....cheese went on the last 10 minutes or so, just long enuff to melt the pepperjack

Tasty lookin' Q you've got there Dude!

WD, I can't stop myself from coming back here and looking at that burger. I'm going to eat lunch with my daughter at her school and I don't think their lunch is going to fix my watering mouth. WOW.

damn dude hungry now i makeem just like em but what ya use for the bun thats what caught my eye

Dang it Dude ... those burgers look awesome again !! how much flavor does the ash give ... haven't tried it yet ... but there's lots around ... just wonderin
