A newbie smoker.

Been tinkering for a couple of years with some small wal mart type smokers. Just purchased my first "real" smoker a sick burner. First cook today. I have no idea what im doing but im sure i will figure it out eventually.

Welcome from SC. It's good to have you here. I would suggest that you click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the page and type in any question about stick burning. One thing will lead to another and pretty soon you will have a whole library of tips and techniques.
