We went a few weeks ago and picked up a bushel of peaches, We  Vacuumed Sealed  about 14 bags.

Yesterday my wife picked up another box to freeze and make Preserves

Just got through making the preserves.

Got this for $15.00 because they were small and pretty ripe

Wound up with 9 jars.  Last year we did about 25, but didn't freeze many.

This year we put a bunch in the freezer.

Beautiful work! I love working with peaches and they have good crops here, weather permitting in any given year.

I buy only peaches that I can smell. No use for fuzzy cardboard.

Gary that looks good,Peaches are pretty high here.

The nice big peaches are $28 to $30 a box that's why we ask for the smaller ripe ones for canning they are usually  half the Price.
