Don't stop. The Griddle postings are fun. All your postings are interesting and fun to look at...JJ

Thanks so much Jimmy. I appreciate the support and will keep posting them up, probably in this same manner: three to a thread since they are quick easy meals and not a lot of steps involved.

Robert, you ever try making your own Mozzarella?...JJ

I honestly have but here's my dilemma. I have SO many things I'm doing now I just don't know that there's room on the plate for another one. I did bookmark this and thank you for sharing it though. There's a great chance I'll be making it some time soon. Knowing me though, i'd want to get creative, at least to a small degree, with some different flavors.

Haha! Back in the room enjoying some adult drinks. And discussing dinner for tonight. I do miss our kitchen though.

Howdy!! Hey buddy, you're on vacation. Take advantage of somebody else's kitchen and culinary endeavors. Let them cook for you and just enjoy it as best you can.

Oh, I have been! Had some great meals.

Howdy Jimmy...again. Got a Q for you sir. The process to make the mozz that Al posted calls for citric acid, which I don't have any of. I do however have encapsulated citric acid for sausage making. Is there some way that I can use the ECA or should I just plan on getting some citric acid when I decide to make this stuff? I have a ton of it to burn through before I need more but I've decided that I'm going to make some when my current stock starts running low.

Thank you!!
Robert

Robert those meals look excellent my friend!

Keep them comin'

Thanks so much John. Appreciate it buddy. I'll be posting up some more pretty quick. Wait till you see what I did last night as a trail run for future dinners. Crazy but really good!!

Robert

Enjoy the posts Robert. These little griddles are really the ticket.

Robert, I'm not sure if encapsulated and regular citric acid measure the same but I see no reason the encapsulated won't work. The encapsulation will break at 135°F releasing the acid. It is regular Citric Acid encapsulated in Maltodexrine...JJ

Man you guys are killing me with the griddle cooks. Wonder if I could sweet talk the wife into letting me add another piece of cooking equipment onto the patio.......?

Dang how do you have so much time on your hands to do all these great meals. All look just great.

This has been a great time!! Sure, you can talk her into letting you get another toy f the patio. Jusy show her some of the stuff people are cooking here in the forum, tell her how inexpensive they are, and you're sure to win that one :emoji_wink:

Robert

That! Was! Awesome!! Please keep em coming.!!!

Thanks so much for the kind words. I'm thinking about posting three more meals here in a little while. Lots of cool stuff to share and the list seems to get bigger by the day.

Very much appreciate it Warren!! How do I make time? It's pretty easy but a bit crazy by most people's standards. I get up at 3:30 in the morning, start work at 4:30, and rarely have more than just a couple hours of work per day to do. That as often as not puts me home by 7:30 or 8:00 in the morning and gives me all day to think up weird things to cook :emoji_laughing:
