Haven't smoked anything lately, was in the mood for ribs so I threw on a couple of racks of Baby Backs

I didn't do a step by step just a couple of pic's

They turned out just right

Sometimes I sauce sometimes I don't I did on these about the last 15 - 20 min. on the smoker

Actually I did. I went 3 hours unwrapped with Oak and Hickory, then I wrapped for an hour and a half, then un wrapped for the last hour.
