For what you may ask?
Well, after reading a bunch of Ron's threads, he got me curious about the infamous Yoshida's sauce

.

It's tough to find out here in New England, be I managed to get ahold of some and start experimenting...very happy so far.

If you take some chicken wings and prepare them as you would buffalo wings, but toss them in some yoshida's, melted butter and minced thai bird chilis they come out tasting almost exactly like General Tso's chicken.

Thanks again Ron, and I'll keep experimenting.

Okay, Now I gotta try it, General Tso's Chicken is about the only Chinese food I REALLY Like... I like the other but always order General Tso...

WOW, when I saw your thread I didn't know what to expect

I am glad you tried it, I get teased a lot about using it, but I think it is a great all around marinade and it goes well with anything.

Keep on experimenting and let us know if you come up with anything new.

BTW those wings sound great.

Thanks for the acknowledgement.
