Hi All,
I am new to the group and have been a lover / cook of the smoked and grilled meats for about 20 years. I currently use an off set smoker (chunks only!!), an infrared gas grill and a totally modified (by me) propane grill which also doubles as a smoker as a general use rib / pork tenderloin smoker.
I am looking for new ideas for wood / rubs and new things to smoke!
