I am new here with some great experiences with smoking. I just found an offset smoker and its worth was $199.00 in 2010. On the road side it was and now at the home with new wheels and a good cleaning and about to smoke some food. I need to learn more and hope to find info to all the ? I may have and answer all I can. I am one to think outside the box. My firs post will be a surprise all in general discussion.
