9 a.m Brisket Point

So.. my point is at166° now. I'm doing my sharp cheddar Mac N Cheese. It's got onion and garlic . Half stuck of butter and 3Tbs flour cooked in it.. then added a couple cups of milk to make the sauce.. 14 oz of sharp cheddar cheese melted.
