8 Year Old Smokes Again - Chicken Legs

My 8 year old done it again. She found some chicken legs for 99¢ and I couldn't say no to that face.

She came home and coated them with some salt, pepper, chipotle powder, and a few sprinkles of cayenne because "dad likes spicy stuff".

Again, I started the smoke rolling and she took over the rest. Smoked them at 300° until they hit 175° IT.

She wants to have her own SMF account now

My son is 12 and thinks it's so cool that I have a smoker. Smoking meat together is our bonding time. He's getting pretty good at fire management.
