Well I finished eating the beef ribs . Time for some rib roast.. I used A1 sauce as a binder this time.. Cracked black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder..

On to the smoker@ 230... Cherry wood.... More later...

A1 is a Worcestershire based sauce so it should be rather tasty!

2 Hours in.. Inserted ( clean) probe. It is at 70° ...

I sometimes use A-1 sauce as the binder, it gives the beef a real good flavor!

Almost 3 1/2 hours in...sitting at 102°. Going to take it to 127° ..

Hit 127° @ 4 1/2 hours...Nice and rare like I like it.. I will be taking some to my mom who has been relying on me for 9 months to eat .. I will have to warm up a slice in a pan of butter so it isn't so rare for her... Thanks for looking. Have an awesome day everyone!!

Interesting. I wonder how to season it before smoking in a way to have some of the A1 flavor as well. Inject it?
