Well I finished eating the beef ribs . Time for some rib roast.. I used A1 sauce as a binder this time.. Cracked black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder..

I'll be watching too! Just about finished up the miscellaneous scraps from processing a 20lb rib roast, cheesesteak tonight should do it. RAY

Nice jax! I'm picking up our 9lber later today for Christmas Eve dinner so I'm watching with yearning eyes!
 
Hit 127° @ 4 1/2 hours...Nice and rare like I like it.. I will be taking some to my mom who has been relying on me for 9 months to eat .. I will have to warm up a slice in a pan of butter so it isn't so rare for her... Thanks for looking. Have an awesome day everyone!!
