6lb Boston Butt on MES 40

Well Last Friday I decided that I would put a 6 LB Boston butt on the Smoker before leaving for work around 7:30 and then pull it around 5.

Everything went very good with this one and it was very moist with a nice smoking ring. Smoked the whole time @ 225 Degrees.

I have posted one picture below, sorry I didnt get any before pics on this one.
