Yes, this is a 10 year update. If my butcher friend can't cut into it, I'll take it out to the Woodshop and attack it with my bandsaw. Today or tomorrow I will post pictures and a taste report.Started reading this and got real interested before I saw the date. Then wondered if you were coming back for a 10 year update. Definitely looking forward to seeing a sliced pic. Did you ever slice it at 5 years?
