5 lb shoulder, two racks of pork spareribs and a 2.5 lbs beef brisket

First time posting about a day spent on the Q.  Small get together today, putting on a 5# shoulder, 2.5# brisket, and 2 racks of spare ribs...

Just fired up the grill. - at 7 AM.

Meat sans ribs on at 7:20 AM

Notice the small amount of coals and the wood chunks on both sides....

Temp on grill at 200 at 7:45 AM

I will place the ribs on about 10 AM, as I am hoping to eat around 5 PM.
