Using a Bradley Electric Smoker with the bisquettes.

Want to do some baby back ribs with the 2-2-1 method.

Can I use Hickory and Apple at the same time?  I have only used one flavor of wood at a time.  Would I just alternate the bisquettes as I put them in the feeder?  And lastly - does this combination of wood make sense for baby backs?

Thank you everyone on this site for the information you provide!

RSNovi - would I simply use 2 hickory bisquettes and 1 apple bisquette for your goto combination?  I guess I am not sure how many ounces those bisquettes are.

Sorry hillerhalf.  I don't have experience with the Bradley.  I suppose it burns biscuits for as long as you are smoking the meat.  I don't know how long a biscuit lasts.  I shoot for 4.5 hours at 225 degrees and I know 3 oz of wood in my smoker is enough for ribs.  I just like the 2 to 1 hickory to apple.
