I have a question! When we are talking ribs, you see two types in the store. Back ribs and Side ribs. Are the back ribs also referred to as "Baby Backs" and the Side ribs referred to as "Spare ribs"? A lot of time when you buy ribs in a restaurant, they are Side ribs and not the same quality as Back ribs. They are usually cheaper in the grocery stores too.
Oh, and St. Louis style is just Side ribs cut square?
