It's our annual reunion and I am on the hook for dinner all three nights.

We had chicken last night. Shortly after I fired up the drum smoker and put on the briskets.

Brisket was great! Cut up some big hunks from point and slices the flat (what I could without it falling apart).

As I type its 0230 and time to add the picnics!
