3 Stooges Fatties-W/q-view

Decided to do another fattie today, but a surprise insued! Mamma was makin lassanga for supper, bought enough ground beef to feed the 5th Army, soooooo, I made my usual mild sausage/maple sausage fattie and two beef fatties!

Here is my ususal sausage fattie with bacon and mild cheddar, I also am trying out the new Southern Comfort Cajun rub I bought.


Here is a beef fattie with bacon, mild cheddar, onions and green peppers.


The other beef fattie has bacon and mild cheddar cheese in it.

The bacon and mild cheddar seems to be the house favorite, I made the one with peppers and onions for me cause I like that stuff!

Here is a shot of all three cookin.

Thanks guys, will post more q-view when there done! Havin a dickens of a time smokin today, just got a good start and then SNOW! Now the temps droppin like a brick off a high rise and I'm chuckin in lump like I'm stokin up Old '97! I will get these done one way or the other!

Well finely got em done! Sausage fatty hit 165* and the beef fatties I took to 175*. Beef ones don't hold together as nice as the sausage ones, will have to work on that some.



So far they have all tasted really good!

Those are some really good looking Fatties. Don't you thing it's really hard to go wrong with Fatties? You can be as creative as you want and they just get better and better. Thanks for the post.
