Looks good flour in a meatloaf is kinda weird to me but looks good lol. I' am gonna go with the recipe larryB posted looks perfect for me has 2 lbs ground 1 lb pork plus the stuff I usually use. i'll post up when i do it

I can weave with the best of them, but for meatloaf, I prefer the bacon on the inside ...... as in ground and mixed with the beef.

I do a 2 day meatloaf. day 1 prep then freeze. day 2 smoke.

Why bother freezing if you're gonna cook the Next day??? That requires thawing time plus cook time.

I'm all thumbs when it comes to weaving bacon. But I do stretch and pin the strips in place so they don't shrink.
