Like the title says 2nd weekend with new smoker so tried a tri-tip.

And the finished product a little more done then a lot of you guys like but my family likes it on the well done side.

Burned Meat Group...My wife could have been the Poster Child! Took me 23 years to swing her over to Medium...There's still hope...I have never had Tri Tip but that one looks Good...JJ
