Smoked some ribs for the second time in preparation for the PSU game with my first Johnsonville brats. Put some McCormicks Cowboy Rub on one rack and Smokehouse Maple rub on the other. Ribs took about 3.5 hours on a cool Pennsylvania afternoon and brats about an hour. This is my first attempt at posting pics so please be patient. The ribs were awesome(much better than my first time),and I don't know if I'm sold on the brats. They were good, but not much different than grilling (I didn't add fresh wood, so that may have been a factor). I've been smoking since late summer and this is getting addicting. :)

Tasty looking ribs!

For the brats try cold smoking for a hour or two then grill to finish.

CM, Good looking meal, I'll be over for a plate !
