Some guys in our group at work got into smoking meat a few years ago. Some of us have purchased smokers on Craigslist and resold them to upgrade to larger ones as we have become more addicted. Now for the last couple of years we get together with our families at a local park once a year and smoke up a bunch of meat for everyone to enjoy. This year we had 47 people show up as it grows each year. Just wanted to document and share the experience.
